Financial Policy

At Endodontic Partners we provide excellent endodontic care at a reasonable cost. We offer a number of financial options to our patients. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. Debit cards are also accepted.  We do not provide any financing options. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. At this time due to COVID-19 pandemic we are not accepting personal checks or cash.

If You Have Dental Insurance

As a service to you, we will file your insurance claim forms for you. Please provide all pertained insurance information at your first visit, allowing us to file the claim in a timely manner.
If we are preferred providers for your dental insurance we will try to provide you an estimate of what your respective carrier may pay. What we tell you over the phone is an estimate only, not a guarantee of coverage. Ultimately, you are responsible for the down payment/co-pay quoted over the phone IN FULL at the time of your appointment. Much of your coverage depends on the specifics of your plan and how much of your annual benefit you have already used. We cannot control what your insurance company will or will not pay. We have found that some insurance companies do not cover all dental services.

If You Do Not Have Dental Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of service, for your convenience we accept all major credit cards and most HSA cards.  If you have any questions please call our office.
