Meet Dr. Reece Endodontist in Baltimore Maryland
Dr. Brynne Reece received her B.A. in Music from Hendrix College in 2006. In 2010, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While pursuing her dental degree, she was one of the first recipients of the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship award for public service. Dr. Brynne Reece then completed a Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry in 2012. Subsequently she completed a 3 year Post Graduate Endodontic specialty training program, while also completing a masters degree in 2015 from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. During her Endodontic Residency, Dr. Reece did research in potentially detecting diabetes using advanced glycation end products from dental pulp tissue. As a result of Dr. Reece’s outstanding research and clinical skills, she was a recipient of the Sherrill Ann Siegel award, Harry W.F Dressel award, and the American Association of Endodontists Dentsply awards.
Dr. Brynne Reece is also an accomplished classical pianist. She received an Advanced Certificate in Piano Performance from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, UK. Formerly, she performed in numerous international piano competitions and was a first place winner on multiple occasions. Her most notable performances were held at Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Gnesina Institute in Moscow, Russia, and venues in Paris, France, and Monaco. Some of Dr. Reece's performances were featured over the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) station.
Dr. Brynne Reece thoroughly enjoys her work in endodontics, as it combines science, dental health, and her artistic skills in its purest form. She believes that endodontic treatment, particularly root canal treatment, should be a positive experience with minimal discomfort. To that end, she strives to provide compassionate and exceptional care to all patients.
